Americana Recipes
I love American cooking. (If you have not guessed already, I am a very American girl!)
I would love to share some of my recipes and print some of yours. If you have any you would like to share, please email me and I would be happy to include it with your name and city/state.
If you have a picture of the finished dish, I would love to include it.
Doreen’s Kiwi - Lime Dressing
1 Kiwi - diced,
¾ cp. Olive Oil,
1/8 tsp. Paprika,
2 tbsp. Cider Vinegar,
3 tbsp. Lime Juice,
2 tbsp. Sugar,
½ tsp Salt,
¼ cp. Orange Juice,
3 tbsp. Chopped Mint.
Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake well. Chill for one hour.
Pour over a mixed green salad.
Garnish with your favorite berries for color.
